NEW ACCOUNTS - New accounts will be established on “deposit-balance due before Shipment” terms.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS - All past due accounts will be placed on a “cash with order” or “Deposit/Balance due before Shipment” or “prepaid” terms until past due balance is paid. Past due accounts will be subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month.

TAX - Sales tax will be applied where applicable unless valid exemption certificate is submitted.

ORDER IDENTIFICATION - Use your company’s purchase orders or SRT order forms (available upon request). All orders must be signed before production may begin.

RUSH ORDERS - SRT products will try to accommodate our customers on rush orders, however, we may require an additional charge for this service. SRT is not responsible for delays that are beyond our control.

TRANSPORTATION - State method preferred. If you do not have a preference, or if it is impractical, a carrier will be assigned without responsibility for differences in expense or time. All prices are F.O.B. Clearwater, Florida unless quoted differently.

CANCELLATIONS - Orders may not be canceled once material has been ordered or manufacture commenced. Changes may be made, however, SRT reserves the right to make a proportionate charge.

PRICE CHANGES - Prices are subject to change. SRT Products reserves the right to change prices without notice. SRT cannot be held responsible for errors made in this catalog.

FLAME RESISTANCE - All tents and sidewalls are manufactured using Flame Retardant fabrics that meet or exceed California fire marshal codes. Labels bearing the fire resistant seal are affixed on the inside of each tent and wall section. Certificates of flame resistance will be provided upon request.

WATER RESISTANCE - Vinyl fabric in inherently water resistant, however no fabric or tent can be guaranteed to be water proof.

MILDEW - If any mildew is discovered it should be cleaned off immediately. There is no way to completely stop the growth of mildew. It is impossible to guarantee a tent will not mildew. A tent must be dry and stored in a cool dry location.

FADING & OPACITY - Variations in types of materials, sun conditions, and fabric finishes all effect the color consistency of fabric. Therefore, tents cannot be guaranteed against fading, shading or opacity.

COLD - Flame retardant vinyl has a low tolerance to extremely cold conditions. When temperatures are near or below 32 degrees, care should be taken in the use of handling to prevent cracking of the vinyl.

SEVERE WEATHER - All of SRT’s products are manufactured for use as temporary shade structures. In the event of severe or threatening weather; evacuation is recommended for the safety of all occupants.

WASHING OF VINYL FABRICS - A growing trend in the tent rental industry is the use of commercial washers to clean tents. The companies that supply the fabrics to manufacture our tents strongly discourages such a practice. Immersing vinyl tents in water to clean them will force water into the fabric. Once the water is in the fabric it can cause mildew, staining, blistering or even delaminating. If the tent is tumbled or agitated in a machine, abrasion from the inside of the machine or the tent hardware may cause holes in the vinyl. SRT cannot be held responsible for such damages to the fabric due to machine washing. SRT recommends that tents only be washed with a safe cleaning product such as our Big Top cleanser.
